Après une longue absence...

Après une longue absence, me revoilà !
Je ne sais pas si je vais poster souvent, mais je vais essayer d'être plus présente sur ce blog.

Pourquoi ? En fait je me suis rendue compte que l'adresse de ce blog figure sur ma carte de visite, alors il faudrait que je poste plus souvent !

Je vais essayer de publier ici le même contenu que celui que je poste sur Facebook, voire plus. :)

Bacon Octopus pattern

I made it as a Christmas gift for a friend which looooves bacon x)


so here's the pattern:

3mm crochet hook

Egg:
With yellow,
1: 6sc in MR
2: *inc* around (12)
3: *inc, sc* around (18)
4: *inc, 2sc* around (24)
5: *inc, 3sc* around (30)
6-9: sc around (30) --> insert safety eyes between round 7&8.
FO

With white,
1: 6sc in MR
2: *inc* around (12)
3: *inc, sc* around (18)
4: *inc, 2sc* around (24)
5: *inc, 3sc* around (30)
6: *inc, 4sc* around (36)
7: *inc, 5sc* around (42)
8: *inc, 6sc* around (48)
9: *inc, 7sc* around (54)

Bacon (make 8) --> I only made 5 but as it's an octopus you can make 8 ;)
with white, ch 20,
starting in 2nd chain from hook, sc 18
change to red, ch1
hdc across for 2 rows.

5mm crochet hook

scarf:
With white yarn,
ch 25, insert hook in 2nd chain from hook, 23sc, ch1, turn
1 ~ 23sc, ch1, turn
repeat the same row until you reach the desired lengh for your scarf ^^

Panda head (make 2)
with white yarn,
1: 6sc in MR
2: *inc* around (12)
3: *inc, sc* around (18)
4: *inc, 2sc* around (24)
5: *inc, 3sc* around (30)
6: *inc, 4sc* around (36)
7: *inc, 5sc* around (42)
8: *inc, 6sc* around (48)
9: *inc, 7sc* around (54)
10: *inc, 8sc* around (60)
11: *inc, 9sc* around (66)

Totoro hat pattern

You'll need:
- grey yarn
- small amounts of white and black yarn
- stuffing
I used a 5.5 mm hook, but i crochet very tightly so don't hesitate to use a bigger hook

Hat:

1: make 6 DC in Magic Ring
2: make 2 dc in each st (12)
3: make 2dc in each st (24)
4: make 2 dc in st, then dc (30)
5: make 2 dc in st, then 2dc (40)
6: make 2 dc in st, then 3dc (50)
7: make 2 dc in st, then 4 dc (60)
8-16: dc around
FO

Earflaps (make2):

Ch12, ch3, turn, and dc in each st until the end of the row, starting at the 4th st.
make 6 rows like that, then dec at the end and beginning of each row until you have 5 st remaining. FO.

sew the earflaps to the hat.

Then, take white yarn and hdc around the hat, including the earflaps.

Ears: (make 2)
1: 6 sc in MR
2: 2sc in first st, then 2 sc (8)
3: 2sc in first st, then 3 sc (10)
4: 2sc in first st, then 4 sc (12)
5: 2sc in first st, then 5 sc (14)
6: 2sc in first st, then 6 sc (16)
7: sc around
8: 2sc in first st, then 7 sc (18)

In White

Body:
row 1: ch26, sc in 2nd ch from hook, 24sc. ch1, turn.
row 2-40: 24sc, ch1, turn
FO
Make 2 pieces for the body(front and back).

Ears:
ch8, sc in 2nd ch from hook, 6sc (7) ch1, turn
dec, continue until the end of the row, ch1, turn.
do like this until you have only one stitch remaining
FO.

Arms:
round 1: 6sc in MR
2: inc, sc (9)
3: inc, 2sc (12)
4-11: sc around
stuff lightly

Feet:
round 1: 6sc in MR
2: inc
3-8: sc
FO

Tail: 6sc in MR, then work as many rows as needed until you reach the lengh you want, then switch to black and do 2 rounds with black. FO

In Cream

Tummy:
row 1: ch 16, and sc across starting in 2nd ch from hook
2-14: sc across
15: dec, sc until you have only 2 st remaining, dec
repeat row 15 until the edge looks "round"
